  2. Add vegetable oil and water. We begin to knead the dough. Knead for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Lubricate the dough with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, put in a bowl, cover with cling film, put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
  4. After 1-1.5 hours, knead the dough and put it in a warm place for another 15-20 minutes. Cover with a film and hold for another 15-20 minutes.
  5. The dough will increase by about 2-2.5 times. Batter use for buns, pies, pizza. appetite.
