- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the spices in it.
- We will cut ginger and pepper into small pieces, lay on in a pan, add curry, salt. Fry over high heat 5 minutes, stirring. Cover the pan with a lid, turn down the heat on minimum and simmer another 10 minutes.
- Rub the cucumber and zucchini on a coarse grater, chop finely Kinzui mix together.
