Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. orange juice without pulp
- 90 – 180 ml. orange liquor
- 2 tbsp. l honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 oranges, cut into slices, remove the film
- 1 green apple, core, chop the flesh large cubes
- 1 pear, core, chop the flesh large cubes
- 2 l sweet sparkling red wine, cool
- 1 liter lime lemonade, cool

Recipe preparation:
- Stir orange juice in a large punch bowl, orange liquor and honey. Add a cinnamon stick, oranges, chopped apples and pears. Let it brew at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Before serving, add chilled wine and lemonade, mix gently. Serve sangria in glasses with ice.
