Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 l chilled sweet sparkling red wine (preferably Rosa Regale)
- 2 tbsp. orange juice without pulp
- 90 – 180 ml. orange liquor
- 2 tbsp. l honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 red oranges or clementines (pulp only, without skin and films)
- 2 tbsp. fresh cranberries
- 1 peeled and diced 0.5 cm. Pear Anjou (red)
- 1 liter chilled sparkling water with lemon flavor and lime
- 1 peeled and diced 0.5 cm. Apple Granny Smith (or another sour apple)

Recipe preparation:
- In a large jug or punch bowl, mix orange juice, orange liquor and honey. Add a cinnamon stick, red orange, cranberries, apple and pear. Shuffle.
- Before serving, let it brew at room temperature for at least hours. Add wine and sparkling water, mix gently and serve immediately with ice.
