Recipe preparation:
- On a baking sheet, mix 5 tbsp. crumbled stale bread with 2 Art. l olive oil. Bake at 230 degrees for 5 minutes. On another baking sheet mix 2 tbsp. cherry tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 baked bell peppers, cut in half and without seeds, and 2 Art. l olive oil. Bake for 7 minutes, then chop coarsely. Mix vegetables with bread, mix in a salad for 1/2 tbsp. chopped basil and grated parmesan, 1/4 tbsp. shredded olives, 2 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper taste.
