- Pour raisins with boiling water for 15 minutes, drain the water and dry.
- Finely chop the nuts.
- Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
- Peel ginger and garlic and rub on a fine grater. Mix with with mayonnaise and yogurt, add salt and pepper. All carefully mix.
- We spread nuts, raisins and carrots in a salad bowl, add dressing and mix. Leave alone for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Before serving, decorate with cilantro.
