  1. Cut off the upper quarter from peppers. From peppers and “caps” we remove seeds and partitions.
  2. Grind onions and fry in 1 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil 4-5 minutes. Add minced meat and increase the heat. Fry, breaking lumps of minced meat until it changes color.

  4. Add rice, mix and let cool a little.

  6. We stuff peppers with rice and minced meat is not very tight, so that peppers do not burst. Lay in a pan vertically and cover “caps”.
