  1. First you need to cook the marinade for meat. For this mix garlic, soy sauce, passed through a press in a bowl, balsamic vinegar, grain mustard and honey.
  2. Take two pieces of pork loin on the bone and grate with salt.
  3. Then coat each piece of meat with marinade and leave marinate for at least 3 hours (even better if left on night).
  4. Put the pickled loin on a hot pan greased with sunflower oil and fry on each side for 5 minutes. After the meat has gained a crispy crust, add to it is red wine, turn down the heat and close the lid. Time extinguish approximately 20 minutes. Serve immediately hot with torn hands greens. A great addition to pork loin is salad fresh vegetables or baked potatoes. Enjoy your meal.
