Turkey goulash: video recipe

  1. Wash the vegetables. Peel onions, carrots, garlic, potatoes, pepper remove the stalk and seeds. Chop large pepper slices, carrots potatoes onion slices smaller. Garlic and chop greens.
  2. If you use raw turkey, then add it here and simmer for 30 minutes. If your turkey is semi-finished then go to the next step.
  3. Dice the turkey into approximately 2 by 2 cm. Add to pan the turkey and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add 50 ml of water, tomato paste, paprika, salt to the pan. pepper to taste and mix.
  5. Add more oyster mushrooms and simmer and all together still about 5 minutes, stirring.
  6. 2 minutes before cooking, add chopped to the pan greens and garlic.
