  1. Cut the meat into pieces and fry on a hot sunflower oil.
  2. Add water, salt and zira to the meat and simmer under the lid until evaporation of water.
  3. Add onions and carrots to the meat and lightly fry.
  4. Add washed rice, water and salt and cook pilaf under the lid until readiness for about 35 minutes.
