Pancakes in milk are a great reason to wake up earlier, and bake a large plate of fritters for a delicious breakfast. The dish is complemented by a bright honey-apple compote, it is so good that it may not seem enough. By mixing oatmeal cereal with whole grain flour pancakes have a springy texture and retain the characteristic nutty notes of Hercules, but freshly made jam will soften this buckwheat taste. Dish incredibly tasty even when cold. However, make sure it will be difficult: the pancakes disappear too quickly to be in time cool. - Heat over medium-low frying pan with non-stick coated. Lubricate the hot surface with vegetable oil with using a paper towel. Pour into a pan 1 tbsp. l test for the pancake. Do the same with 4-5 more servings making sure that they are evenly spaced from each other.
- Fry until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, and the lower sides will not turn golden brown (about 2 minutes). Turn over with a spatula and cook another 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with apple compote or transfer to a dish and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Repeat the same with the remaining dough, wiping the pan over oiled paper towel as needed.
