  • 1.4 kg washed rice
  • 6 chopped garlic cloves
  • 9 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. l salt
  • 9 tbsp. l oils

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a shallow ceramic pan, heat oil and fry garlic. Turn off the heat and remove the garlic from the oil. Pour in water salt and bring to a boil. Add washed rice and mix. Bring to a boil again, cover the pan cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
