Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 450 gr ready-made pizza dough, room temperature (recipe pizza dough see here)
  • 230 gr. ricotta (about 1 tbsp.)
  • 2 tbsp. coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 Art. grated cheese pecorino romano
  • A pinch of dried pepper flakes (optional)
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 8 feathers of green onions, white and green parts divided, cut into rings
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh herbs (such as mint, parsley, dill and basil)
  • 2 bunches of broccoli, split and chop coarsely

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the baking sheet in the lower part of the oven and heat to 250 C. Cover another baking sheet with parchment paper and spread with 2 tbsp. l olive oil. Place the dough on oiled paper, coat top with olive oil and cover with another parchment leaf. Set aside.
  2. Combine all the cheeses, pepper flakes in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Combine the green parts of the onion and the greens in another bowl. Mix in a separate bowl broccoli, white parts of onion, 1 tbsp. l olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Put vegetables on hot pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Form a flat rectangle measuring 30 by 40 from the dough see Salt and pepper, then shift the dough with parchment on a hot baking sheet. Bake until golden brown 6-8 minutes
  4. Remove the cake from the oven and sprinkle with the cheese mixture, then baked vegetables and herbs. Return the pizza to the oven and continue. bake until the cheese is melted, about another 3 min. Remove pizza from the oven and drizzle with olive oil.
