Another variant of delicious homemade soup made from combinations of forest mushrooms and cereals. This time we will make it from pearl barley.

- Rinse pearl barley and steam in a thermos for 2 hours.
- Sort out the mushrooms, clean from coarse dirt and rinse under running cold water. Cut and boil in water at least 40 minutes.
- Remove the cereals from the thermos, drain the water and put it on the mushrooms. Salt, add bay leaf and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.
- On warmed vegetable oil, darken to a little blush onions and carrots.
- Put the frying to the soup. Cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
