Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr minced meat from white meat of turkey
  • 2 cans (440 gr. Each) of white beans, drain the liquid and Rinse
  • 1 can (440 gr.) Of white corn khomini, drain the liquid and Rinse
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, cut into cubes (about 1.5 tbsp.)
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into cubes (about 1/2 tbsp.)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, plus more to taste
  • 3 medium peppers (ancho) blanched (about 110 gr. Each), remove seeds and white partitions, cut into cubes (about 1.5 tbsp.)
  • 4 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt
  • 1/4 Art. nonfat yogurt without additives
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a cauldron or large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions, celery, peanuts and cooked, periodically stirring for about 8 minutes. to the softness of vegetables. Add garlic, cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper and cook, stirring, until aroma, about 30 seconds.
