- Boil the chicken fillet in advance in the usual way in salted water until tender and cool.

- Cut the mushrooms into plates.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil. Salt a little then the oil will spatter less to the sides. Champignon plates put in one layer and fry on both sides until light toastiness. Fry mushrooms in separate batches. You can not spread all mushrooms at once, because then they will give juice and stew, and we need fried mushrooms.
- Fry in this way all the mushrooms until golden, put them in a container and let cool.
- We select some cute mushrooms with legs for decoration.
- Take an oval large dish. Cut boiled chicken in small pieces and spread the first layer.
- Abundantly season the chicken layer with mayonnaise and pepper.
- Put the mushroom layer.
