  • 1 tbsp. l chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard with whole grains
  • A large pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala (indian seasoning)
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Medium heat resistant pan, heat to medium temperature and put bacon in it. Cook for 8 minutes until most of the fat is melted and the bacon will become crispy.
