And if you ask the question “What to cook with minced meat?”, then for sure hear a lot of different options – depending on the addictions of that or another family. Besides everyday cutlets and dumplings, Navy pasta and pies, I want to cook something special that does not serve every day, which may come as a surprise at the table! We have the opportunity to cook new ones or vice versa, well-forgotten old dishes – let’s get started.

Composition:

Cooking method

Rinse the boiled noodles with hot water. Separately, fry in minced sunflower oil until golden, until crumbly, stirring with a spoon. Fry chopped in sesame oil onions, peppers, chopped garlic and ginger, the main thing is did not overcook the garlic. We breed starch with broth, pour it into bowl with onions, add both sauces according to the recipe and wait until boils. Put the minced meat in the pan and wait again until it boils. We spread noodles on plates, pour in warmed sauce, and you can serve, not forgetting to sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

• Stuffing – 800 gr. • Celery (stem) – 1 piece. • Seasoning for Chilli – 1/3 cup. • Beans (canned black) – 1 can. •Tomatoes – 500 gr. • Beans (canned red) – 1 can. •Pepper (green sweet) – 2 pieces. • Sauce (tomato) – 300 gr. •Onions (onions) – 1 piece. Cooking method
