Easter cottage cheese custard

Easter cottage cheese custard recipe
For the preparation of curd Easter would need:
- pack of butter (200 gr)
- 0.5 l sour cream
- 5-6 eggs
- 0.35 granulated sugar
- almond
- raisins
- vanillin 10-15 gr
- cottage cheese (can be made homemade) 1 kg
You can cook Easter custard curd So:
We wipe the cottage cheese with soft butter through a strainer, add sour cream, beaten eggs and half sugar. Carefully mix, advise with a mixer.
We put the resulting mass on a slow fire and constantly stir so that the mass does not burn. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Put the pan in which the cottage cheese was brewed, put in a bowl with cold running water and, constantly stirring, cool.
In the cooled mass add the remaining granulated sugar almonds, vanillin and raisins.
We spread in a colander, previously covered with gauze, and put a small plate with cargo on top. Put the colander on a plate.
We send the prepared mass to the refrigerator for 3-3.5 hours.
