Easter dishes for those who fasted should be quite lungs, not greasy, so as not to overload the stomach. Just like that the dish will become a turkey in the dough, and not in the usual, but in cottage cheese.

Turkey fillet in curd dough

For the preparation of turkey fillet in curd dough will need:

  • turkey fillet 1 kg
  • cottage cheese 9% 1 pack (250 gr)
  • walnuts 50 gr
  • flour 1 cup without a slide
  • milk 50 ml
  • oil grows 150 ml
  • leek
  • greenery
  • tomato 2 pcs
  • salt and pepper to taste

You can cook a turkey in the test So:

Cut the turkey fillet into long slices, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the meat – until golden crust.

Scalp the onion, we need soft leek leaves. Greek grind the nuts very finely, practically in powder and mix with flour, slightly salted.

The cottage cheese that we prepared should not be liquid.

Mix cottage cheese, milk, flour with nuts and 100 ml of vegetable oils. The dough, which we thoroughly knead, should turn out elastic and resilient. Set the dough for 35-40 minutes.

Then roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into strips, the width of the strip is 3-4 cm.

Wrap each piece of turkey fillet with a leek feather, and then on top of the lap dough.

On a greased baking sheet, spread the turkey fillet in the curd dough, grease with a beaten egg and send to the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.

Tasty Ideas:

Put the baked turkey in the curd dough in a plate with greens, next to spread beautifully decorated tomatoes.
