What drinks do you prefer to drink in the summer? Summer it’s hot, and therefore we all prefer cold drinks, to for example, such as lemonade, mineral water, and not so good for everyone useful “goodies” – Pepsi-Cola, Coca-Cola and the like.

But in winter, or rather in the cold season, the situation in this in relation to changes dramatically, because we all want to drink “something hot.”

In this regard, the question arises of which drinks can and Need to cook in the winter? In this context, one could talk about cooking grog, mulled wine and other similar drinks, but in this article we will focus on old Russian drink brewed. Here is the recipe for apple boil, because apples are for us, Russians, the most traditional fruits, and therefore problems with you will not have them.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of fresh apples;
  • half a glass of honey;
  • 3 liters of water.

Cooking

Rinse apples thoroughly, core and chop. slices. Put the prepared fruit in an enamel pan.
