Wet carrot cake in a slow cooker: video recipe

I came across this recipe in the recipe book for my slow cooker. I decided to try making such a delicious cupcake at home. Cake It turned out quite wet and looks more like a carrot cake with bright carrot flavor.

  1. Wash carrots, peel and rub on a fine grater.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Rub the yolks with sugar.
  4. Add the grated carrots.
  5. A quarter of my lemon, grated zest on a fine grater, add to the yolks with carrots.
  6. Squeeze the same lemon juice.
  7. Add the flour and mix everything.
  8. Beat the proteins until stable peaks.
  9. Gently inject the proteins into the carrot mixture.
  10. A bowl of multicookers grease with butter.
  11. Distribute the carrot mixture.
  12. Close the lid and set the multicooker mode “Baking / Baking” for 40 minutes.
