I came across this recipe in the recipe book for my slow cooker. I decided to try making such a delicious cupcake at home. Cake It turned out quite wet and looks more like a carrot cake with bright carrot flavor.

- Wash carrots, peel and rub on a fine grater.
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Rub the yolks with sugar.
- Add the grated carrots.
- A quarter of my lemon, grated zest on a fine grater, add to the yolks with carrots.
- Squeeze the same lemon juice.
- Add the flour and mix everything.
- Beat the proteins until stable peaks.
- Gently inject the proteins into the carrot mixture.
- A bowl of multicookers grease with butter.
- Distribute the carrot mixture.
- Close the lid and set the multicooker mode “Baking / Baking” for 40 minutes.
