- We will prepare all the necessary products.
- Cut the mushrooms and spread on a heated frying pan. Add butter and a pinch of dry rosemary, fry about 10 minutes until crusting.
- Finely chop the greens and add to the mushrooms, cook another 5 minutes. Put the mixture in a bowl, salt and mix.
- Cut the cabbage into large pieces and spread in a frying pan.
