  1. We will prepare all the necessary products.
  2. Cut the mushrooms and spread on a heated frying pan. Add butter and a pinch of dry rosemary, fry about 10 minutes until crusting.
  3. Finely chop the greens and add to the mushrooms, cook another 5 minutes. Put the mixture in a bowl, salt and mix.
  4. Cut the cabbage into large pieces and spread in a frying pan.
  5. Fill with water and simmer for 5 minutes. Cabbage should be slightly crispy. Drain the water and spread the cabbage to the mushrooms.
  6. Cut the zucchini and fry over medium heat on all sides. AT add salt at the end. Ready zucchini add to other vegetables, mix. Add the spinach and mix again.
  7. Water the salad with lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
