  1. Boil wild rice until tender.
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry onions with carrots in a pan, add broccoli and cook another 2 minutes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices, chop the garlic finely. Add to pan tomatoes and garlic, then add salt, hot and black pepper. Mix and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Drain the liquid from the mushrooms, add to the pan with vegetables.
  5. After we add wild rice. Stir and remove from heat.
