- Boil wild rice until tender.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry onions with carrots in a pan, add broccoli and cook another 2 minutes.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices, chop the garlic finely. Add to pan tomatoes and garlic, then add salt, hot and black pepper. Mix and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Drain the liquid from the mushrooms, add to the pan with vegetables.
- After we add wild rice. Stir and remove from heat.
