- We clean the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, bake in advance in the oven or microwave oven. Using a blender, grind the pumpkin in a puree, with adding garlic and syrup (you can use syrup from a jar with canned lychee).
- String beans, green peas and broccoli blanch in boiling water for literally 2 minutes, immediately spread the vegetables on ice (so our vegetables will not lose color).
- Preheat the pan, add sesame oil and lightly warm cherry tomatoes.
- Bell pepper cut in half, remove the seeds and partitions.
- Put the finished dish in half the pepper, add to taste soy sauce and sesame oil. Separately spread the pumpkin sauce.
