- Soak beans in advance in plenty of water for 12 hours. Then rinse.
- Boil the beans until ready, drain the excess liquid and rinse again.
- Cut the turkey fillet into cubes, fill with soy sauce and leave to marinate for half an hour. You can take instead of turkey chicken fillet.
- Fry the fillet until blush for about 5 minutes. The main thing is not overdry!
- We clean the mushrooms and quickly fry in a heated pan on high heat. Add salt.
