To all lovers of seafood, namely squid, I suggest to cook at home an interesting and delicious warm salad with calamari. I recommend making this dish with young zucchini.

- Prepare the ingredients.
- My zucchini, cut into thin strips (you can use special grater).
- Prepare the sauce: mix 200 g of olive oil in a blender, 70 g of lemon juice, 30 g of Dijon mustard and 3 g of salt. Zucchini transfer to a bowl, salt and season with the resulting sauce.
- A couple of garlic cloves need to be crushed.
- Squids cut into rings.
- Cauliflower cut into slices, and then sliced.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- We send a frying pan to the stove, heat it with the addition of oil and pour garlic in there, lightly fry so that the garlic gives its aroma to oil.
- Add butter, squid and salt to the pan. Fry and add parsley, then transfer to a plate.
- We spread the squash on squids. Salad decorate dried tomatoes and cauliflower. Salt and pepper to taste.
