- Hard boiled eggs, peeled. Preferably to keep the eggs warm. Cut into large wedges. We clean shallots and cut into rings.
- Cut rye bread into cubes and fry in a pan. We grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute. Sushim.
- Until the eggs and spinach have cooled, gently spread the spinach on plate followed by eggs, onion rings and croutons, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour sesame oil. If desired, season with pepper and with salt.
