  1. In a deep frying pan heated with oil, fry for a couple of minutes zira.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Add the onions to the zira, stir and fry until softness.
  4. Add cinnamon, rice, mix and pour the broth. Cover lid and cook before evaporating the liquid, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain the excess liquid from the beans and add to the rice, mix.
  6. Soft goat cheese mash.
  7. Grind the parsley. Combine with raisins and watercress.
  8. Add cheese. Mix gently. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  9. Put a portion of rice on a plate and put a salad on top. Stir or serve as such. Enjoy your meal!
