  1. Cut lamb, remove excess fat and cut into small pieces. Fry in a pan until cooked, adding spice.
  2. We wash dried apricots and dates, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes. Wipe with a paper towel or napkins. We remove the bones and cut into thin straws.
  3. Boil rice until cooked. Mint leaves, dried fruits, mix mix salads and prepared mutton in a deep container, then add lemon juice, cinnamon and caraway seeds. Season with olive oil and serve.
