  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. We wash the quinoa and send it to boil. Fill with water (ratio should be 1 to 2), cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, add seasoning to taste.
  3. While the quinoa is boiling, we rub the carrots on a special grater for Korean carrots. We clean the daikon radish and rub on a large grater.
  4. Peppers and cucumber cut into cubes.
  5. We combine in a bowl or a deep plate carrots, quinoa, daikon, pepper and cucumbers.
  6. Finely chop the cilantro and add to the salad, mix. Salad sprinkle with balsamic oil and olive oil.
