  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Wash the young potatoes thoroughly (if it is too large, then cut into halves or quarters), boil in uniforms.
  3. We cut the bacon and send to a dry frying pan, fry until crispy state. We spread it on a paper towel, so the way we get rid of excess oil.
  4. In the same pan we send chopped champignons and fry.
  5. In a bowl, combine the mushrooms and peeled, sliced potatoes. Mix everything carefully.
  6. Spread on plates, add spinach, sprinkle on top crispy bacon and finely chopped onions.
  7. Let’s prepare salad dressing, for this we mix seasoning “Maggie” and 3 tablespoons hot water, let it brew for 5 minutes. Add 5 tbsp. vegetable oil and well mix. Dress the salad with the resulting dressing.
