Delicious warm salad with new potatoes and crispy bacon, which you can quickly cook at home, is suitable as a full-fledged dish for lunch, dinner or a festive table. I recommend to do it dish with large champignons.

- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Wash the young potatoes thoroughly (if it is too large, then cut into halves or quarters), boil in uniforms.
- We cut the bacon and send to a dry frying pan, fry until crispy state. We spread it on a paper towel, so the way we get rid of excess oil.
- In the same pan we send chopped champignons and fry.
- In a bowl, combine the mushrooms and peeled, sliced potatoes. Mix everything carefully.
- Spread on plates, add spinach, sprinkle on top crispy bacon and finely chopped onions.
- Let’s prepare salad dressing, for this we mix seasoning “Maggie” and 3 tablespoons hot water, let it brew for 5 minutes. Add 5 tbsp. vegetable oil and well mix. Dress the salad with the resulting dressing.
