  1. Remove veins from the liver, wash, cut in half.
  2. Wash greens, chop.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Omit shredded onion, garlic, fry.
  4. Add a spoonful of oil, put the liver out, fry for six minutes, stirring.
  5. Set the fire to maximum, pour raspberry vinegar, pepper, salt, mix gently.
  6. Cover the dish with green leaves, put the liver on them, garnish with raspberries.
