- Soak the lentils for half an hour, after boiling for about 15 minutes until ready.
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Garlic and parsley finely chopped. Cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters.
- Fry the garlic in a pan with olive oil. Add shrimp and fry everything for about 2 minutes.
- Add lentils to the shrimp, mix, remove from heat and leave alone for 2 minutes.
- In another pan, quickly fry the onion with the addition of olive oil. Add the tomatoes. Fry for about a minute.
- Tear the salad with your hands into small pieces and spread on a plate. On lettuce leaves spread lentils with shrimp and onions with tomatoes. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle parsley.
