- Boil chickpeas in advance until cooked (dry chickpeas in advance soak in cold water at night, and boil in the morning, this can leave 30-40 minutes).
- We sort broccoli into inflorescences and boil in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes.
- Chop the onion into half rings and fry in a preheated pan a couple of minutes, add spices and fry another minute.
- Cut the garlic into thin slices, and the tomato into slices.
- Put tomatoes, chickpeas in a pan with spices and onions, garlic and broccoli.
- Add raisins, season to taste and cook under the lid on slow fire for about 7 minutes.
- Serve the salad warm.
