  1. Peel the garlic and onions, finely chop and send to fry on pan with the addition of olive oil. Fry until soft about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add to the onion and garlic. Season with balsamic sauce, add cumin and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, not forgetting to stir. Remove from heat and add honey.
  3. Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes in salted water, remove and give drain excess fluid.
  4. Put asparagus and tomatoes on a plate.
  5. Boil a poached egg. Pour vinegar into boiling salted water, make a funnel and pour in the egg, cook for 2 minutes. Carefully take out and put on asparagus with tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with ground black pepper.
