  1. Peel and chop the garlic, you can use garlic squeezer. Mix juice and lime zest, mustard, garlic, honey and olive oil. Salt and pepper, mix everything.
  2. We remove the outer hard fibers from celery, cut the petioles across to pieces (1 cm).
  3. Peppers are peeled and cut into small squares.
  4. Cut avocados into cubes of the same size.
  5. Pour oil into a large skillet and heat. Add salt, spread the corn and fry over high heat until brown spots. We put the corn on the board in a frying pan add oil and spread celery. Fry for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. We cut grain from corn, quickly mix with pepper, celery and avocado, pour dressing, salt and pepper, sprinkle cilantro and serve.
