Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 head shallots, cut into thin slices
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp Sahara
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 60 gr cold butter cut into cubes
- 2 heads of lettuce, tear leaves with hands
- 1/4 Art. hazelnuts, fry and chop
- 2 tbsp. l coarsely chopped greens (chives, parsley and chervil)

Recipe preparation:
- Mix wine, shallots, bay leaves, sugar, in a pan 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Put the pan on the stove and heat at a moderately high temperature until the mixture do not decrease to about 2 tbsp. l., 8 – 10 min. Take off pan from the stove and remove the bay leaf. Stir in butter and 1 tsp water.
- Mix in a large salad bowl lettuce, hazelnuts and chopped greenery. Add a warm salad dressing and mix. Season salad with salt and pepper.
