- Salt couscous, pour boiling water, cover and leave until swelling (approximately 4 minutes).
- Wash young garlic, dry and cut into rings.

- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add onions and garlic, lightly fry.
- Add bell pepper and fry for a couple of minutes.

- Put couscous with vegetables on a plate, decorate on top cherry tomatoes, add greens.
