- First you need to flavor the oil. Squeeze into oil a few cloves of garlic, mix a little and leave infuse for 10-15 minutes.
- I cut the loaf into cubes about 1 in 1 cm in size.
- In a frying pan I warm flavored sunflower oil, without garlic itself, as it will burn in a pan, and I send our long loaf cubes to golden colors.

- Then fry the breast in sunflower oil until golden crusts.
