- Heat a pan with olive oil. Chicken fillet in large slices, then fry them for 5 minutes over high heat until crisp.
- Add the spinach to the chicken one minute before cooking, stir, fry for a minute and remove the pan. Salt and pepper on to taste.
- Crush the crumb with your hands or chop with a knife or blender. Fry bread crumbs for 5 minutes on pan with pine nuts and chopped garlic. When the crumbs will dry and the nuts will brown, remove the pan.
- Transfer the chicken and spinach into a bowl, sprinkle with a mixture of bread crumbs, garlic, nuts.
