  1. Soak cashews in water and leave for 3-4 hours.
  2. Grind dates, almonds and salt in a blender. The resulting mass we shift into the form and hold it well with our hands.
  3. Coconut milk, lemon juice, honey and cashew whisk in a blender before receiving air mass. 2/3 of the mass spread on the almond layer.
  4. Add strawberries to the remaining mass, mix in a blender and put it in the form. Sent to the freezer for 3 hours.
  5. Before serving, you can garnish with fresh strawberries. Enjoy your meal!
