  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp. fresh or frozen cranberries (approximately 250 gr.)
  • 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. chopped walnuts

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grate the zest of orange on a fine grater, put the zest in pan, add orange juice, cranberries, sugar and walnuts. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 10 minutes, cool.
