  1. We sort broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences. We send cook for about 3 minutes, cool and put on a plate. Pour raisins with boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add radish slices, cucumbers and onion rings.
  3. Cut raisins into strips and add to the salad.
