As soon as the first spring fragrant ones appear on the shelves cucumbers and radishes, it’s time to cook okroshka at home. Water for okroshka can be taken as usual, but then it needs a little acidify, and carbonated.

  1. Pour the beef pulp with water, salt and boil until readiness.
  2. In parallel, cook jacket potatoes and eggs.
  3. We clean the chilled potatoes with eggs, cut into a wineglass. Finely chop the greens and crush it. Spicy meat, cucumbers and radishes cut with a knife into a small cube.
  4. In a pan with vegetables, pour a mixture of kefir and water (if water soda, then pour it immediately before serving)
  5. Salt, pepper, add citric acid and horseradish. We stand in refrigerator for a couple of hours and serve.
