We all know and love boiled vegetable salad called the vinaigrette. This is a traditional dish of our cuisine that has many interpretations. I want to offer you my option cooking at home this delicious salad, the feature of which is its “bright” dressing.

  1. Boil and peel the vegetables.
  2. Chop potatoes, carrots, beets in small cubes, cucumbers, onions.
  3. Put chopped vegetables in a salad bowl, add canned green peas and mix.
  4. Add salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, grain mustard and mix well again.
  5. Sprinkle vinaigrette with sunflower oil and can be served with to the table. Enjoy your meal.
