This is one of my family’s most favorite salads. I always do with beans and sour sauerkraut. These are the main ingredients. in my opinion, it turns out very tasty!

- Boil all the vegetables, cool and cut into cubes.
- Finely chop six large pickles, one large onions and a bunch of fresh chives.
- Mix vegetables, beans in a bowl (I always cook it myself), green peas, sauerkraut, onions.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Season with vegetable oil.
- Stir, and you can enjoy a delicious salad.
