  • 1 tbsp. fresh bean seedlings

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the packaging instructions. put a large pot over high heat over time. Chop the meat over the entire surface with a fork, so that it becomes more tender, salt and pepper. Sauté the meat until it is charred but still raw, for 2-3 minutes. on each side, then shift to a plate. Put onion and ginger in a pan, cook for about 4 minutes. Add broth, 3 tbsp. water, star anise star anise and cinnamon. Reduce the fire and cook at low boil for about 20 minutes.
  2. At this time, finely chop the green onions, jalapenos (to the dish was less sharp, remove the seeds from the pepper) and pick the cilantro. Thinly slice the meat across the fibers.
