  1. Onions, leeks and green onions arbitrarily cut.
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a saucepan in butter over low heat, simmer for 5 minutes onion.
  4. Add leek to the onion and simmer another 10 minutes.
  5. Add potatoes and green onions to the pan, pour chicken broth, cook for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the pan from the stove, add cream and salt, grind all blender.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
  8. Vichysois is served with green onions and croutons. French eat soup cold, but warm it is also very tasty.
