Cooking homemade chicken soup with vermicelli – very satisfying and delicious. Light broth, some chicken, carrots, onions, potatoes and a little vermicelli – a great combination that you have to to taste almost everyone. This soup will appeal to both adults and children. Instead of vermicelli, you can use other pasta.

  1. Wash and peel chicken drumsticks.
  2. Pour cold water into the pan and lay the chicken there.
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat almost to a minimum and cook for about 30 minutes, periodically removing the foam.
  4. While the chicken is cooked in a saucepan, we prepare the vegetables for the soup.
  5. We cut the carrots and onions into small rings and send them to pan with preheated sunflower oil for frying on medium power. After 2 minutes, add to the onions and carrots frozen tomato, salt and fry everything for another 5 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, wash, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or cubes and direct it into a boiling broth.
  7. After 10 minutes, add onions, carrots and tomatoes.
  8. Next, add the vermicelli and mix so that it does not stuck together. Cook for 1 minute.
  9. Chicken noodle vermicelli soup is ready. Pour into plates. Enjoy your meal!
